dogpile removalTrackware.Dogpile Virus Thing Removal Help!!?

Ok so I have Windows XP with Norton Antivirus. Recently I have been scanning my PC and I found a "Trackware" thing inside my hardrive called "Trackware.Dogpile" and when I try to remove it from my PC using Norton Anti-virus, it says it cannot remove it. So I set off into a journy into my harddrive, and I found the little bugger, thanks to Norton showing me where is was. I found it was in here

It is in a .Zip file way into my account on my pc. HOW DO I GET RID OF IT!!!??? PLEASE HELP ME!!!
AS the path states the malware is in your temporary internet files.

All you need to do is delete your temporary internet files (which you should be doing every day anyway)

In Internet Explorer click Tools > Internet options > delete Temporary internet files.
i know have this to on my vista.

1. Disable System Restore (Windows Me/XP).
2. Update the virus definitions.
3. Uninstall the Trackware.
4. Unregister the .dll file.
5. Run a full system scan.
6. Delete any values added to the registry.
7. Reset the Internet Explorer homepage if it has been changed.
