I really want to know how to download youtube video's WITHOUT downloading any new programs! My friend has a bunch of Youtube videos on her laptop but i don't know how she does (i never asked :P) I have looked on google to find some free websites but they all want access to my computer. Please help?

If your browser has a build-in video downloader, then you don't have to install a video download tool.
I'm using Avant browser, it has a build-in video downloader.
If your browser don't have this feature, you need to install IDM or real player.
