Ares is a peer to peer program (P2P). These programs are notorious for getting people into trouble since people use these to download music for free (illegally).
If that's what you mean by "good and clean," then no, Ares is not good and clean.
not sure but i would definitely recommend limewire.
With Limewire you run a lower risk considerably than any other P2P network software. Chances ardownload ares basice people are afraid of getting caught downloading music, but as long as you arent uploading illegal things i.e. copyrighted music, games, software, its fine. Millions get away with it and a few get caught, risk factor seems about just right for me :)
There is just so much to download! Whether I want hip hop, R&B, jazz, Rap, Country, trance, techno, alternative and rock music/movies, they havedownload ares basic it all. Great product!. Try it 100% clean, cheap and SAFE.
if you want to pay for it..then yes. Anything that is free from my knowledge has P2P software which is very bad for your computer system. When i downloaded limewire, shortly after i had to do a manufacturer restoration and i lost all of my information, pics, music, everything. Sometimes "free" isnt worth it.
