With alarm raised about MSK's escape, yet he was able to slip out with some means. What about other times when illegal activities slip in and out of SG on the quiet?
First of all, let me just tell you that the whole world isn't safe. Singaporeans take that for granted that it is safe.
Usually Singaporeans play a part in security and the well-being of Singaporeans around us. That's why we are advised to stay vigilant at all times.
But let me tell you 1 thing. Singapore makes a big fussy issue about natimas securityonal service(army) for boys. That's for sure! Sending boys to the army at 20 or so isn't going to make a difference. This is just my point of view.

Huang Na's murderer Took Leng How was allowed to slip through causeway into malaysia. I would have expected the authorities to beef up security, and even much coastal security after MSK escaped from ISD detention.
I am really disappointed with the HOME team. I think the DPM should take responsibilities for all these boo-boos and resigned (or getmas security sacked) immediately.

The security is fine. Its the transparency that is lacking. No lessons was learned, extreme paranoia and more curbs on citizens movements instead.
definitely! escape shouldnt happen in e first place. always bragging how they caught cigarette tax duty evaders.and when it come to e real ones they fumbles start pining blames on the low ranking ones.
Of course, Singapore is safe! Mas Selamat-he is caught.
